  • Receive service requests from various customers for service calls via phone and e-mail;
  • In-put service calls into computerized dispatch tracking program;
  • Dispatch field technicians to service calls by determining the nature of the call (i.e. high temp call), location of the call and the customer priority;
  • Scheduling monthly preventive maintenance for field technicians;
  • Receive/review completed and open work orders for field technicians daily;
  • Monitor and track customer calls that require a strict response time;
  • Other administrative duties and/or responsibilities as given by management.


  • Minimum 2 years dispatch experience; preferably in a field service setting ;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Strong follow-up, attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
  • Be accountable for meeting customer requirements when dispatching field technicians;
  • Must be computer literate - including MS Word, Excel and Outlook .
  • Must be willing to work overtime when needed.
  • Ability to handle stress during peak season and natural disaster situations.

We offer a competitive hourly rate based on qualifications and experience; eligible for company benefits (insurance and paid holidays) after 60 days of employment; 401(k); vacation paid after one year of employment.
